After completing dual engineering degrees at one of the most prestigious architectural universities in China, Lillian went on to work for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for over 5 years. She has an extensive understanding of Chinese government structure, organization, culture and business relations. She was involved in managing various international construction tendering projects, including the general Consulate of China in New York, Mongolia, Singapore, France and Egypt. The projects ranged from £5million to £500 million. |

Lillian came to the UK in 2002 to pursue her further education. She chose to study an MA in business management. Lillian is also the director of CEDP, a management consultancy firm which focuses on Chinese market entry, she has successfully delivered projects within various fields including design, publishing, telecommunication and education.
Lillian has organised many high profile events such as China60, The Dorchester fund raising, UNEP Cambridge picture show as well as other high profile business networking events in London.
Lillian was the first Chinese invited to make a speech at Marketing Trends Show UK.
Lillian is an honorary member of the 48 Group Club ‘Ice-Breakers’ in recognition for her positive contribution to Sino-British relations and is also appointed as China Project Director of Global Champions Tour.

Two years on, Coordinate has grown from a WiFi roaming launch during Beijing Olympics to being the clear market leader in Asia Pacific WiFi and WiMAX roaming clearing service market, with contracts and partnerships with 40+ global partners including iPASS, BOINGO, China Mobile, China Unicom, T-Mobile, PCCW, Comfone, NTT, Orange FT etc.
Kai also co-founded a culture exchange company handling international exchange of fine art, classic music events and export of featured films. Kai's other interests including golf, table tennis.

From working as a BBC Continuity Announcer and Television Newsreader in Northern Ireland, he moved to London as the Senior BBC Television Presentation Editor. Martin later ran the Pan-European Super Channel and UK Gold, where he directed all aspects of on-screen presentation, and promotion.
After a few months consulting for Channel 4, Meridian and TVS Television stations, Martin returned to BBC TV as Executive Producer, devising and producing popular series.
